BAG DATA All bags are sewn with heavy nylon thread Nylon coil self healing zippers Poly and cotton web straps All bags are manufactured in Akron, Ohio Colors: Standard colors on nylon bags Colors: Canvas - Natural: Colored canvas available at higher pricing. Fabrics: 70 Denier Nylon - 200 Denier Nylon - 400 Denier Nylon - 600/300 Poly - Canvas and Leather IMPRINT INFORMATION Method: Silkscreen or Embroidery. Prices: All prices include a one color, one side imprint. Additional imprints: Add 40¢ per side, per color. Maximum Color Applications per side: Contact factory. Screen Cost: Initial order $35.00 per color. Artwork: Unless camera ready art is supplied, art charges are billed at $30.00 per hour. Camera Ready Art: Professional black and white mechanicals on high gloss paper.   Finished Artwork Must: Include all copy. Be ready to photograph, clean (no scotch tape, fingerprints, staple marks, etc.) Need no further touch-up, design or rearrangement before use. Be black and white, without grays or colors. Be sharp enough to be crisp and clean when enlarged.   EMBROIDERY CHARGES Call 1-800-899-8558 for pricing.   ORDER / PRODUCTION INFORMATION Production Lead Time: 4-6 weeks, after receipt of firm purchase order. For special color material, contact the factory. Preproduction Sample: If a preproduction sample is required, please contact the factory. Delivery schedule is determined from approval date of sample. PAYMENT TERMS Net 30 days, upon credit approval. A credit application will be sent upon request. MISCELLANEOUS CANCELLATIONS: All orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled except on written authority from factory. Cancellations allowed only if merchandise has not been made or printed. Over-Runs and Under-Runs: All efforts will be made to ship exact quantity, but we reserve the right to ship over or under by 5%. SHIPPING INFORMATION / ROUTING F.O.B.: All prices quoted F.O.B. Akron, Ohio. Packing: Individual poly bagged; bulk in cartons. Contact factory for quote on special packing requirements. Drop Shipment: Individual drop shipments, $5.00 per consignee. DISCLAIMER POLICY Due to circumstances beyond our control, BG Designs cannot guarantee continuity of exact shade or color of bag materials or imprints. Minor differences may also occur in size, texture, and construction of finished goods. Fabric colors not guaranteed to be color-fast. BG Designs' acceptance of your purchase order constitutes an agreement based solely on our terms and conditions regardless of those terms and conditions specified on your order. BG Designs will not accept responsibility for correctness of verbal orders. BG Designs shall not be liable for inability to ship any order(s) due to material shortages. BG Designs reserves the right to adjust imprint area for minor variations in size of bags.
